Cornerstone Helping Hands (formerly known as Masonic Helping Hands) is a mission driven, not-for-profit organization serving your community. Cornerstone Helping Hands provides in-home non-medical home care services to seniors, disabled adults and New Moms who need assistance but choose to remain living at home.
We take pride in being able to provide direct in-home assistance in the form of companionship, homemaking and private home services. We do this in a fashion that allows seniors to remain independent longer in the least costly living option their own home. Cornerstone Helping Hands provides extensive, personalized support alternatives outside the traditional institutional setting.

Caregivers
WHO WILL BE CARING FOR YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE? At Cornerstone Helping Hands, we put the safety and well being of our clients and Caregivers above all. So, we go above and beyond the regulations and invest in tests and background screenings not required by law.
Our Helping Hands Caregivers must pass all of these screenings and tests before they are hired:
- Drug Testing
- Criminal Background Check
- Motor Vehicle Records Check
- Tuberculosis Testing
- Rigorous Training
This requirement sets us apart from the rest. Most importantly, each Caregiver is given a smile test because that's what our customers want to see. Once they have passed these tests, each Caregiver goes through a Rigorous Training Program before being sent to provide Companion care.
Care Plus
Our Care Plus service is a personal response system that provides security and confidence to continue your daily activities at home. It includes medical alert systems and medication management.
Service Guarantee
We offer a 24/48 service guarantee. If you call for services, we will have a Nurse visit you within 24 hours of your call to conduct a FREE initial evaluation. Upon completion, we will have a Companion to your home within 48 hours to provide the services you need.
